❖ By commissioning me, you hereby accept all terms of service. You are agreeing that you are paying for a service which includes time and art products.
This T.O.S. is subject to change and it is agreed to by commissioning BlinkeyBlonk.

⬦ Commission prices are subject to change
⬦ Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial fee has been purchased.
⬦ Full payment required after initial sketch review
⬦ Chargebacks are not permitted at any phase of the commissioning process unless stated otherwise.

❖ Commission Process
1. Fill out the form including all photo references | details and send via email.
2. If accepted, I'll contact with a $ quote and discuss deadlines | extra details.
3. Sketches will be reviewed with you and you ask for changes during this process.
4. I will send an invoice including the TOS after the first sketch review.
5. Once payment is received, I will start completing your commission/sketch changes.
6. The finished product(s) will be sent!
❖ Revisions & Changes
⬦ Minor adjustments during the sketch phase with your feedback are free of charge.
⬦ Major adjustments during rigging/finalizations will incur extra charges.
⬦ If changes are wanted after the commission is finished, extra charges will be incurred. This includes but is not limited to redrawing portions of the image, redoing poses/angles/outfits, etc.
❖ Rush Orders
⬦ If the art has to be finished within a very short period upon request, an extra 50% of the total commission price may be charged.
⬦ When a deadline is shortened after the finalized sketch, I may issue an upcharge of up to 30%
❖ Cancellation
⬦ Payment will be refunded if the commission has not been started within 2 weeks of your accepted request.
⬦ If a commission has started after the finalized sketch, no refunds will be issued.
⬦ If I am not able to finish your commission due to complications, I will contact you regarding details, refunds, and/or extra time.
❖ Permissions & Copyright
⬦ I, the artist, own all the rights to your commission, sketches, samples, etc.
⬦ All commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial fee has been purchased.
⬦ To buy commercial rights, an extra 70% charge of the total commission will incur.
⬦ You are not allowed to use your commission for profitable merchandise without purchasing the commercial fee.
⬦ Commercial use includes profitable merchandise such as, but is not limited to stickers, posters, OC adopts, pins, etc.
⬦ Vtubers/Emotes can be used for Twitch/Discord purposes as a commercial fee is included.
⬦ You are allowed to edit the commission if they are minor. Drastic changes, please courteously contact me beforehand.
⬦ I do not allow the art to be used for NFTs.
⬦ Don't forget to credit the art to any of my social media accounts. Preferably Twitter.
